Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound calls for AT&T FirstNet"first responders" providing customer care to help resolve issues, perform account reviews, and a GREAT customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer service for industry leading mobile company.
  • Resolve issues and consistently provide a great customer experience.
  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
  • 1-2 years retail or customer service/call center experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of Mobility and Data products is an asset
