Client Overview:

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help support them through their busy season This position will go from November to February and has the opportunity for flexible hours.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to valued clients. You will be communicating with customers through phone, email, live chat, and social media, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Respond to incoming calls and follow up with customers through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide outstanding customer support.
  • Work closely with the Fulfillment team to ensure all issues/requests are taken care of.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
  • Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Can work both independently as well as part of a team.
  • Zendesk experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be flexible to work holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
