The best part, we do not cap your commission earning potential To start, your first two-weeks will be spent at our 82nd Street store in our Education Center & showroom Your education will provide you with in-depth product knowledge and other processes. Sales Consultant responsibilities:
- Learn & master our proven professional selling system to meet customer needs.
- Maintain relationships with current and potential customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to high impact sales events.
- Learn from our Interior Designer and support our Free Design Services.
- Provide product knowledge to customers.
- Process customer orders, payments, update customer until fully satisfied.
- Provide a great in-store experience for customers.
Sales Consultant job Requirements:
- Prefer an associate degree in business, or two years of sales experience.
- Business casual dress code
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a demanding environment
- Cultivate a client development mentality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Follow a consistent schedule that includes weekends, and most holidays – we are closed Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas
- Will pass background check, our team members' and customer's safety is important
