As we continue to grow and expand our brand, we're seeking a talented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team and help us deliver outstanding customer service and administrative support to our guests and team members.

As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at Off Broadway, you will be the friendly face and welcoming voice that greets our guests and provides essential administrative support to our team. From managing phone calls and reservations to assisting with administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests and team members alike. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant/bar, providing a warm and friendly first impression and assisting with inquiries, reservations, and seating arrangements.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate team members, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills at all times.
  • Manage reservations and seating assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency and accommodating special requests or preferences whenever possible.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning, maintaining organized and accurate records and documentation.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, process payments accurately, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests and team members.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed, providing support to various departments and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant/bar.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration or hospitality is a plus.
  •  1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests, team members, and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and reservation management systems; experience with POS systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
