What you'll do:

  • Responsible for inbound and outbound calls
  • Troubleshoot needs, services, and or customer concerns
  • Scheduling service appointments and unit drop offs
  • Translating technician notes for entry into our service database to create work orders

What we're looking for:

  • Reminder: this is a seasonal role from March 1st-October 31st with the potential of turning into a full-time position
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in phone communication and multi-line use
  • Fun personality that reflects our brand and excites our customers to use this service
  • Experience in event coordination
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance 
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test 
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
