Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner serves as a partner to business leaders and managers, providing expertise in human resources management and driving the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role will primarily support the Manufacturing and Operations leaders and their teams. It will involve collaborating with the leaders to address HR issues, develop talent strategies, and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Leave of Absence Administration: provided beginning to end leave of absence administration and be the liaison between employee and leader with any LOA updates.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and oversee the selection process.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management systems and processes to drive employee engagement, development, and productivity.
  • Learning and Development: Identify training needs, design development programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Interpret and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data, trends, and metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Onboarding and offboarding: Streamline process administration and ensure a positive employee experience from hire to retire.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience
  • Bi-lingual, English and Spanish
  • HR experience in a manufacturing industry is required
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment which requires multitasking
  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
