Our Casa Grande facility is located off the I-10 near the Casa Grande Municipal Airport. It is a short 30 minute drive south of the East Valley.


What the role entails

  • Identify potential customers using a variety of methods such as researching industry databases, attending tradeshows and building a strong network with other professionals.
  • Engage leads and potential customers through phone calls, emails and social media.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty Continuously learn about the products, services, and industry trends through relationship building, literature and knowledge sharing. Interpret construction plans to identify areas where products could be used and prepare quotes
  • Confirm, configure, set and use drawing scales to complete initial product Take-Off process.
  • Research various lead sources, including subscription services, construction, contractor, government and other internet websites for ACO product opportunities.
  • Identify the Architectural/Engineering firms in specific regions then establish contact in order to coordinate lunch & learn meetings with specifiers and other related contacts.
  • Assist Architects, Engineers, Designers and ACO Distributors with technical and specification information for ACO products prior to purchase order submission, as needed.
  • Work with Area Sales Manager as necessary to determine the correct course of action and follow-up for each project and customer relationship
  • Work with Technical Services team to obtain product layouts and Bill of Materials for projects.
  • Prepare and send quotations to contractors and price confirmations to distributors prior to bid dates or as requested.
  • Follow up with project, participants to determine when a contract has been awarded to a general contractor or sub-contractor, obtain contractor's name and relevant contact details, and forward to Area Sales Manager for follow up.
  • Collaborate with customer service, operations, engineering and other functions as needed in order to resolve any customer issues or concerns

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associate degree and 3 years inside sales experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and related work experience.
  • Construction background is a plus
  • Ideal candidate possess strong communication and relationship-building skills coupled with related industry experience.

$19.11-25.82 per hour plus commission
