As an accounting customer care associate, you’ll be assisting with the daily functions of the accounting collections department as well as interacting with 4imprint and customers.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Perform daily collections responsibilities including but not limited to contacting customers regarding late or declined payments, evaluating payment terms, reviewing purchase orders, processing bankruptcies and placements with outside collection agencies.
  • Perform account update and consolidations as needed.
  • Back up to the Credit, Accounts Receivable and Intern teams.
  • Create, document and maintain all applicable job procedures.
  • Assist internal and external customers with general questions.
  • Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • High school diploma. Two-year college degree helpful.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in accounting-related functions.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows proficiency.
