Key Responsibilities- Proactive Collection and Exchange: Travel between customer healthcare facilities to collect and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs, including Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management.
- Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
- Schedule Management: Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule.
- Communication: Communicate duty status on a defined scheduled.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of related experience, customer service preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, tact in providing superior customer service, ability to work independently, and knowledge of computer/handheld software applications.
