Job Responsibilities:
  • Support multi-year program within the portfolio
  • Will be managing 1-2 projects as well has have overall oversight of program.
  • Create and update project plans – 20% of job
  • Program oversight to make sure things are staying on track - 30% of job
  • Report status – 30% of job
Job Requirements:
  • Ability to create and maintain project plans as well as oversee programs to completion.
  • Understand the SDLC approach and the high-level activities. Technical understanding will be a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to articulate project progress effectively and highlight concerns with potential mitigations in a timely manner.
  • Able to manage assigned work with minimal support.
  • Able to work in a team setting and liaise with multiple stakeholders and technical teams (if required)
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
