Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with cross-functional teams to document business requirements and ensure alignment between project objectives and technical/operational solutions.
  • Oversee prioritization of projects, lead meetings and working sessions with stakeholders, and report progress to leadership.
  • Responsible for strategic development and implementation of assigned projects, ensuring completion from concept to final implementation.
  • Ensure structure, content, and integrity of all requirements artifacts are procured and maintained, following a defined departmental process.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of project management expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, define key performance indicators, analyze and interpret data, and influence stakeholders.
