Basic Function

The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to our International Recruiting and Relocation teams.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides moderately complex administrative and clerical assistance to the Staffing Services Department.
  • Schedule phone, video-conference and final round interviews; working directly with
    candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Leverage recruiting and HR systems (SuccessFactors) to update candidate records, pull reports, and draft offer letters
  • Manage the candidate experience by coordinating travel as needed and processing candidate’s expense reports.
  • Collaborate with Relocation to ensure seamless transition of candidates from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Assists in preparing for in-person workshops by sorting, collecting, and assembling information packets. Review for accuracy, and make corrections as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
     

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized courses or Associates Degree in a related field. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other closely related degree strongly preferred.
  • 0-3 years of professional, administrative experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources preferred.
  • Basic understanding of the employee lifecycle.  Knowledge of departmental function, terminology, interrelationships, and systems used.
  • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on customer focus.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, work with a sense of urgency, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience managing calendars using Outlook or other similar tools.
  • Experience with high-volume scheduling.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, such as SuccessFactors, preferred.
  • Must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly, and concisely in English.
