Summary

We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interest of our nation. SecuriGence is seeking a talented Deputy Program Manager to help contribute to our success. Come help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • In the absence of and/or as a shared responsibility with the Program Manager, shall be responsible for the overall management of tasks performed under this contract and shall be the alternate point-of-contact for contract issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring that practical and effective systems are developed to meet the contract requirements
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality and timeliness of the work performed resulting in process improvements that yield cost effectiveness and savings for the Government.
  • Track project performance and analyze project status to ensure the successful completion of all project requirements
  • The Deputy Program Manager shall provide oversight for financial, contractual, project management, technical and security actions on behalf of the Contractor.
  • The Program Management group consisting of the Program Manger and Contractor designated personnel are ultimately responsible for all programmatic and operational requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

  • 5 years Program Management Experience
  • 7+ years progressively responsible experience
  • Experience interacting with senior-level executives
  • Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to foster teamwork and to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems and make decisions that further completion of desired activities and tasks
  • Ability to assess situations to determine the project's importance, urgency and risk, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization
  • Ability to set project priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress toward goals and track progress as required
  • Ability to assess project problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem
  • Demonstrated competence in project management and technical competence in discipline field(s) and knowledge of company policies and practices
  • Ability to manage and mentor other subordinate managers and leads.
  • Ability to lead major initiatives across several teams with competing priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Active IAT Level III Certification, e.g. CISSP, CASP+ CE
  • Must have Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility
