The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing local and national marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase market share for Voda Cleaning & Restoration.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
Consulting and Coaching Franchisees:
  • Provide consulting and coaching to franchisees on local marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Develop and distribute marketing toolkits and resources to support franchisees in executing effective local marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of local marketing efforts and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Brand Management:
  • Enhance and maintain the Voda Cleaning & Restoration brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials.
  • Develop and manage brand positioning, value propositions, and key messaging.
Digital Marketing:
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance, leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve ROI.
Content Development:
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and supports marketing objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Monitor and report on marketing expenditures and performance metrics.
Communications and Public Relations:
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Assist in the development of system-wide communications, trainings and other materials to keep franchisees informed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing. Marketing experience within a multi-location or franchise system required.
  • Experience working closely with franchise owners while providing a high level of support and guidance.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
