Compensation:

$18 - $19.50 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule hot and cold service calls for technicians
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide service updates and arrival times
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician availability, and customer information
  • Monitor and prioritize service requests based on urgency and customer needs
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Generate proper paperwork to order parts and or work with manufacturers to ensure successful service calls
  • Follow particular procedures for warranty processing and accurately file or report paperwork
  • Monitor GPS and software applications throughout the day to keep technicians on track and on schedule
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in dispatching HVAC or Electrical technicians
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Computer skills a must
  • Transportation to and from work
  • Mechanical understanding for technical conversations for repair diagnostics
  • US Work Authorization

We provide solutions to our customer's needs when related to kitchen and galley operations. We have a large retail store, wholesale pricing, a service department, a delivery and installation team, and design consultants to consider ourselves a full-service dealer in the industry. We only want people who want to perform their best day in and day out.
