Summary of Responsibilities:

The Transport Coordinator reports to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for transporting, delivering, and unloading goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods and provide excellent customer service;
• Drive trucks carrying goods and materials to various destinations;
• Comply with safety measures and guidelines on construction sites;
• Monitor all aspects of vehicles, including equipment condition, loading and unloading operations, cargo safety, and security;
• Inspect truck systems and equipment before departure;
• Record information on cargo, distances traveled, fuel consumption, and other relevant data in the logbook;
• Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers;
• Transport, if necessary, hazardous substances or goods;
• Perform other related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Class 1 or 3 driver's license (mandatory);
• Construction site health and safety training (mandatory);
• Transport of hazardous materials training (an asset);
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
