Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and high-quality food.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control measures.
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating and leading the team.
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Uphold sanitation and safety standards at all times.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and culinary excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. (We are closed Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in cooking or kitchen management.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices.
