Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management: Handle general office tasks including answering calls, maintaining voicemail, returning messages, scanning, faxing, and filing documents, as well as managing tenant and property files.
  2. Leasing Activities: Engage with potential tenants, conduct property tours, screen applicants, assist with the application process, draft leases, and manage online leasing advertisements.
  3. Administrative Duties: Create tenant notifications, prepare legal documents, manage lease renewals, process rent payments, and oversee move-out procedures.
  4. Tenant Relations: Address tenant issues, including emergencies, complaints, lease terminations, and evictions, while attending necessary hearings and conducting inspections.
  5. Maintenance Oversight: Ensure preventative maintenance is performed, coordinate with maintenance staff, schedule vendor services, and maintain property cleanliness.
  6. Miscellaneous Tasks: Schedule property inspections, liaise with city and utility providers, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and complete other tasks as needed.
