What you will need?
- 3-5 years experience in customer experience analytics or digital analytics across various industries
- Proficiency with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, and Business/Marketing with an analytics focus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and influence skills
- Experience in using data for insights, testing, and success measurement
- Understanding of UX, web/app design principles is a plus
What will you do?
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from the Glassbox platform to identify customer experience issues and deliver business insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital performance measures and objectives
- Develop measurement strategies for KPIs and ensure accurate data tracking
- Use Glassbox to drive improvements in digital experiences
- Independently manage customer research requests on experience issues, including data analysis and troubleshooting
- Help customers integrate and utilize the Glassbox platform for ongoing issue monitoring
