About the role: CX Solutions Architect
We are seeking a seasoned CX Solutions Architect to lead our CX initiatives and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing CX strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- 15+ years of experience in leading CX solutions on an enterprise level or large-scale deployments
- Proven track record of driving CX revenue growth and account expansion
- Strong expertise in CCaaS solutions like NICE, Genesys, and AWS
- Certification in Google/AWS Cloud or LEX/POLLY or Watson Conversational AI is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead CX initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CX strategies that meet client needs
- Lead CX initiatives and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CX solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in CX Solution Architect role
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Stakeholder Management
