If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you Join our team as an Account Manager and help us deliver outstanding support to our valued customers.

Please note that this position may require outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues.


Schedule as follows Monday - Friday (3-4 Days a week); between 9am - 5pm, full day on Friday; approximately 20-25 hours a week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer experience to clients via phone, email and chat
  • Process customer policy change requests in a timely manner
  • Responds to all policy inquiries, cancellation requests and sales requests in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate and detail records of client interactions
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact.
  • Generate leads from service calls.
  • Assist Sales team as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Other tasks as assigned.
