We are seeking a dedicated Territory Technician to join our team at one of the nation’s premier providers of high-end blinds, shades, and shutters. This role combines technical expertise with client interaction, offering an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the field.
Role Overview:As a Territory Technician, you’ll be responsible for handling in-home installations, repairs, and consultations throughout your assigned region. You'll ensure that each client receives an exceptional experience, from the first consultation to the final installation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a broader team to deliver outstanding service and quality results.
What We Offer:- Competitive Pay: Base salary starting at $50,000, plus commissions.
- Earnings Potential: Projected first-year earnings up to $65,000.
- Generous Time Off: 2 weeks of PTO, 7 sick days, and 6 paid holidays annually.

- Flexible Schedule: Choose between Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM or Tuesday-Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM, with occasional Saturday availability for client appointments.
- Experience: A background in installations, carpentry, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not required. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn and committed to providing excellent client service.
- Driver’s License: Must hold a clean and valid PA driver’s license.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
- Technical Problem Solver: While prior installation experience is helpful, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to dive in, learn, and grow in the role.
- Customer-Focused: Experience with high-end clients and delivering long-term solutions is highly valued.
- Adaptable: You can follow established procedures while staying flexible and responsive to changing situations in the field.
- Effective Communicator: You connect easily with clients, offering professional guidance throughout the service process.
- Independent & Collaborative: You can work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team environment.

- Perform in-home installations and repairs within a 45-mile territory.
- Provide expert recommendations to clients on the best window treatment options for their spaces.
- Use advanced technology for precise measurements and flawless installations.
- Ensure that all installations meet high-quality standards and exceed client expectations.
- Manage the entire installation process, from product delivery to completion, ensuring a smooth experience for the client.
- Maintain accurate records and manage product tracking using CRM software.
- Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Travel within your territory for client consultations in a company-provided vehicle.
