Currently we are seeking to hire a Part - Time Jewelry Sales Professionals for the Icebox Boutique at Saks Fifth Avenue in Atlanta - Buckhead. You must have the willingness to go above and beyond - always for the customers and the company. In our boutiques, the Jewelry Sales Professional displays a laser focus on the customer providing them the luxury Icebox experience.

Pay is $24 per Hour PLUS Commission

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in the selection of Fine Jewelry merchandise in a Luxury Brand environment
  • Meet/exceed personal weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and CRM goals
  • Maintain Icebox standards including replenishment and presentation as well as the general appearance and cleanliness of the store
  • Develop clientele/customer base by asking each customer to complete a client profile card/client book
  • Handle each customer transaction professionally, efficiently and accurately
  • Proficient in credit sales, applications, offerings
  • Navigate POS systems and ability to process a sale
  • Evaluate jewelry and watches for repair or quality control
  • Present and sell designer watches and fine jewelry to new and existing customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries/complaints
  • Assist in updating our newest offerings in our social media channels
  • Self-motivated learner whose accountable to the goals of the organization
  • Exceed all expectations and flexible to the daily changes of the position

Monday - Saturday: 10:30am-8:30pm
Sunday: 11:30pm-6:30pm
