Our team of dedicated professionals is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join us as a Senior Business Development Executive. We are looking for a talented individual to drive sales growth, expand our market share, and facilitate lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the construction industry, outstanding networking and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business expansion objectives.


Responsibilities

•Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the steel manufacturing sector.

•Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential customers.

•Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.

•Foster and grow relationships with minority suppliers across the nation. (MBE’s)

•Negotiate and close business deals that contribute to the company's strategic objectives and revenue goals.

•Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

•Provide insights into product development and innovation based on market feedback and trends to ensure Fenco Solutions remains at the forefront of the industry.

•Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing Fenco Solutions' capabilities and value proposition.

•Represent Fenco Solutions at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.

•Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.


Qualifications

•The candidate should demonstrate a strong inclination and proven history of networking effectively to secure opportunities to engage with potential customers.

•Strong desire to solve problems head-on and anticipate future needs of the firm.

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred.

•Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

•Strong understanding of the manufacturing market, including competitors, regulations, and supply chain dynamics is preferred.

•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

•Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Willingness to travel as required.
