We are seeking a developed leader to apply their experience to our continued pursuit of Operational Excellence while ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and organization in our facilities. Youll be leading, communicating with, tracking, and coaching all Team Members and reporting to Leaders on achieving and exceeding service and facility goals during opening and closing shifts.

This position is responsible for leading in an operational role while also overseeing and managing facilities. We are looking for someone who is a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and help others succeed. Descriptions of Shift Manager and Facilities Manager are listed below.

Pay Type: Starting at $21.00 - $24.00/hr

Position Type:
  • Full-Time / Open Availability (ability to be scheduled 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM / Monday - Saturday)
  • Full-Time (40-45 hours)
  • Working Front-of-House AND Back-of-House

Qualifications:
Experience as a leader, with a proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments, and work as part of a team
Basic computer and iPad competency
Ability to input data and interpret the P/L
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs


Shift Manager Responsibilities:

Take care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations and bring to the attention of the Directors
Inputs data daily into the P/L system, and interprets the data to make adjustments to the Operations of the restaurant
Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly objectives and tasks and reviewing reports
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees and leaders with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
Makes changes in the restaurant to improve our speed of service and accuracy scores
Serves as a subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and production support
Responsible for inventory and facilities management
Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the store
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Follow Chick-fil-As operational policies and procedures

Facilities Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage all cleaning checklists for FOH and BOH
o Train and develop team members to support inventory, cleaning, and maintenance standards
o Hold team members accountable to policy standards
o Coordinate scheduling of team members needed to execute additional responsibilities
- Develop and manage all organization checklists for FOH and BOH
o Oversee inventory processes including travel path, storage, and organization
o Organize and maintain the onsite storage shed
o Manage American Flag and replace when torn
- Develop and manage all maintenance checklists for FOH and BOH
o Implement and execute monthly equipment preventative maintenance schedule
o Train and develop facility leads that can assist with equipment preventative maintenance
o Create and implement process for damaged equipment
o Ensure all sensors are maintained and working properly
o Perform monthly interior and exterior building 4x4 walks to identify and address repairs
- Communication on all FOH and BOH facility related responsibilities
o Schedule weekly check-ins with Directors to go over cleanliness, maintenance, and organization
o Share the score and include the team in learning opportunities and wins
o Communicate with all vendors as it pertains to cleanliness, maintenance, and organization
