Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Nighttime Cleaning Operative to uphold the cleanliness and order of our facilities during evening hours. This role is essential in ensuring that our buildings are maintained to the highest standards, providing a welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of all areas within the facility to ensure a pristine environment.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
  • Restock and sanitize restrooms regularly.
  • Dispose of trash and recycling materials efficiently.
  • Clear debris and snow from walkways to ensure safety.
  • Secure the premises by locking doors and arming security systems as required.
  • Address spills promptly using appropriate cleaning methods.
  • Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to supervisors.
  • Complete assigned tasks independently and efficiently.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials.
  • Collaborate with external cleaning services when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills to report issues promptly.
  • Familiarity with various cleaning agents and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using basic cleaning equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
