Mosaic Technologies is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team.  This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy and is responsible for managing social media, overseeing promotional campaigns, web development, program management of campaigns, event management, marketing management, and product launches. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving results.


Essential Functions (including but not limited to)

 

Marketing Management: 

  • Ensures attainment of company marketing objectives, brand awareness, and competitive position by developing marketing plans and strategies for new and existing products and services. Oversees implementation of strategies in accordance with company objectives.
  • Lead and oversee the research, evaluation, analysis, and implementation of new products and services in collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Sales. 
  • Effectively lead the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and quarterly performance evaluations
  • Foster and steer a cohesive work environment, including morale and performance
  • Collaborate with management to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Establish and maintain interdepartmental relationships and communications to ensure alignment on all Mosaic initiatives
  • Develop and implement successful marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales plans


Social Media Management:

  • Manage developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and curate engaging content to drive brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages
  • Manage the development of radio, TV, and website streaming commercials
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies

 

Management of Promotional Campaigns: 

  • Plan, execute, and manage promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling promotional materials
  • Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results
  • Develop and maintain a heightened awareness of industry dynamics, emerging opportunities, and competitive trends

 

Website Management: 

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website(s)
  • Work closely with web developer(s) and designers to ensure the site is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for SEO
  • Monitor website analytics and implement strategies to improve traffic and conversion rates

 

Program Management of Campaigns: 

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing programs and campaigns from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of campaign components
  • Measure and analyze program effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns

  

Event Management: 

  • Manage company events, including trade shows and promotional events
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and event promotion to ensure successful execution
  • Develop event program materials including displays, documents, giveaways, emails, and other collateral as necessary
  • Track event performance and gather feedback to improve future events continually

 

Community Engagement: 

  • Review requests for donations/solicitations for money or products

 

 Product Launch: 

  • Support product launch strategies to maximize market impact and sales
  • Develop launch timelines, marketing materials, and communication plans
  • Coordinate with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure a cohesive launch strategy

 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing management, with a strong emphasis on social media, campaign management, and project management
    • Preferably with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or in the telecommunication or related technology industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and programs
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Proficiency in web development principles and experience managing website projects
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Computer and graphic design skills; Canva, Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
  • Exceptional time and project management skills
  • Ability to learn and understand new products and technology
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Purpose and process-driven
