  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Provide exceptional service by processing insurance renewals and working to retain clients
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure satisfaction for all parties involved

  • Respond to client and potential client inquiries regarding insurance-related matters

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Insurance Agent
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Appropriate insurance licensing where required by law
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Superb communication and negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of various types of insurance, including life, health, and car insurance
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
