About the Insurance Broker Position

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to help us manage our business development activities at Alchemy Financial Group. Your duties will include finding new clients and promoting and selling our insurance plans. We expect you to efficiently build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure the stability of our revenues and growth.

Insurance Broker Responsibilities

• Consult Clients on Risk Management Strategies
• Develop Effective Marketing Strategies
• Explore Customer Needs and Propose Plans or Services
• Find Opportunities and Build Relationships with Potential Customers
• Review Insurance Claims for Fair Dealing and Satisfaction
• Prepare Regular Progress Reviews and Present Them to Interested Parties
• Organize Bookkeeping Systems, Database, and Records
• Meet Goals in Finding New Clients and Selling Insurance Products and Services
• Stay Informed about Market Trends and Updates in Insurance Products and Services

Insurance Broker Requirements

• Good Experience in Providing Client-Focused Solutions and Building Customer Relationships
• Experience Working with Major Types of Insurance Plans
• Good Knowledge of Computers and Statistics Methods
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Sales Skills
• Results-Driven and Able to Work with Minimal Supervision
• High School or BSc Degree; Professional Certification a Plus
