What We Are Looking For:

  • A proven track record of innovative achievements in digital marketing or any endeavor you undertake. You have consistently been a game-changer.
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing revenue-producing ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and affiliate channels.
  • Self-sufficiency in creating, running, launching, and optimizing ads to meet revenue, ROI, and cost of acquisition goals. You possess in-depth knowledge of these channels.
  • A data fanatic who thrives on improving and optimizing the ad funnel from click to revenue.
  • Expertise in monitoring and analyzing digital marketing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • A strong collaborator with the design and content teams to create digital assets and content for campaign launches.
  • An execution and project management rockstar who delivers high-impact work weekly.
  • A marketing professional who stays updated with the latest industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and tracking to enhance digital marketing channel effectiveness.
  • Experience managing substantial budgets in channels that drive significant revenue weekly and monthly, with a track record of consistent revenue growth.
  • A born leader who identifies problems, determines root causes, provides solutions, gets things done, tracks results, and drives innovations that accelerate revenue and results.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing a digital marketing portfolio, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, affiliates, and partners.
  • 4+ years of experience running Google ads (search, display, retargeting, video) to drive revenue results.
  • 4+ years of experience running Meta ads (static, carousel, reels, video).
  • 4+ years of experience running LinkedIn ads in all formats.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis to improve conversion rates, reduce costs, and accelerate revenue.
  • Extensive experience in A/B testing to increase digital marketing funnel conversions.
