Job Title: Accreditation Services Director 

Department: Retention 

Reports to: BBB Senior Vice President 

Supervises: Retention Account Managers 

Summary: The Accreditation Services Director is responsible for ensuring that all Accredited Businesses receive a high level of customer service and satisfaction regarding the value of Accreditation. The Accreditation Services Director will ensure high levels of Accredited Business retention through effective hiring, training, coaching and management of the team.  

Position: Full-time, Monday-Friday. Hybrid option after 90 days. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Hire and train new team members. 
  • Ensure that the retention team master processes and procedures. 
  • Provide coaching to team through daily monitoring of calls and monitor monthly retention rates by team member. 
  • Provide effective communication with BBB Accredited Businesses. 
  • Delegate and manage the work for the department staff. 
  • Run weekly meetings with staff and communicate frequently with the Senior Vice President. 
  • Adhere to all BBB policies and procedures. 
  • Provide excellent customer service. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:  

  • Integrity and strong work ethic.

  • Prior management experience and demonstrated success, with willingness and ability to learn and innovate. 
  • Strong people skills. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting. 
  • Marketing experience beneficial. 
  • Hardworking, persistent and dependable. 
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude. 
  • Bachelor’s degree, business and marketing majors preferred.

Compensation: 

  • The Accreditation Services Director will receive a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses based on the team’s performance. Total compensation range ($65k-$90k) based on actual team performance.
