Are you a natural leader with a love for dogs and exceptional customer service skills? Camp Bow Wow is seeking a Part-Time Evening Front Desk Lead to be the face of our Camp and ensure every visit is a tail-wagging success Shifts end around 7:15pm.


What You'll Do:

  • Greet clients with a warm, friendly smile and assist with inquiries.
  • Handle bookings, reservations, and client communications with ease.
  • Provide information about our services and ensure a positive experience for both clients and their furry friends.

Disclaimer: This is not your "typical" desk job, this role is highly active. The position entails transporting dogs to and from the play yards/parents, assisting with New Camper Interview introductions, cleaning and maintaining a safe and inviting entrance to the business in all seasons and weather conditions, and other tasks as needed. This is a role where you will get your steps in, and it comes with dog hair, drool, sweat and other cleanup. A person who would succeed in this role, has experience in a fast paced environment such as serving, bartending, or a similar customer -facing job where movement and multi-tasking come hand-in-hand. Punctuality and excellent attendance are non-negotiables for this role.
