This full- or part-time customer service position typically works evenings from 3 PM - 11 PM. Flexibility is key as you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel during these hours.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PM FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

As a PM Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel during the evening shift. You'll love greeting all guests and clients, ensuring they receive world-class service at check-in and check-out. Your evenings will be filled with engaging conversations as you recommend places to eat or things to do, answer phones, and make reservations with enthusiasm. Meticulously, you will run the night audit to ensure all numbers are accurate. Your friendly demeanor and dedication to hospitality will make each guest feel at home, creating memorable experiences every day.

Customer service experience is a huge plus Hotel front desk experience is a major plus too
