Job Description

Are you passionate about empowering partners and driving their success through strategic enablement initiatives? We are seeking a dynamic Partner Enablement Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our partner relationships. In this position, you will be responsible for enhancing the capabilities of our resellers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), working closely with our Global Enablement team to identify and deliver tailored training experiences. Your contributions will be pivotal in creating and maintaining professional certification programs, onboarding new partners, and ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive.

Job Description:

  • Own Partner Enablement (for resellers and Managed Service Providers) and work cross-functionally with the Global Enablement team.
  • Work with the Partner Sales teams to Identify training needs and deliver enablement experiences based on this analysis using a variety of methods, such as live or on-demand virtual training, in-person training, or other communications.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of partner professional certification programs
  • Help with partner onboarding. This would include an intro to resources, certs etc.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand needs for partner enablement on specific product releases and provide timelines for delivery to channel partners.
  • Manage content daily within the partner portal.
  • Tailor sales enablement content for partner needs, or create new partner-specific resources when needed
  • Coordinate and execute written partner communications such as emails and monthly newsletters
  • Host and organize partner enablement webinars end-to-end - invitations, content, follow-ups
  • Plan and facilitate meetings amongst all internal partner stakeholders
  • Own coordination of Partner Advisory Board Events
Qualifications

  • 1-3 years experience in Partner Enablement experience in one or more solution categories or relevant adjacent roles
  • A clear understanding of various partner types - including reseller and Managed Service Provider models
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in organizing and delivering webinars and trainings (presentation skills)
  • Experience creating compelling enablement tools and resources.
  • Ability to plan and facilitate meetings
  • Ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills; ability to grow and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of content and learning management systems and compiling analytics on enablement effectiveness in driving pipeline and revenue through channel partner
