Trantolo & Trantolo, LLC is a leading Personal Injury law firm in Connecticut and New York. We are seeking an experienced, full-time Intake Specialist. The ideal candidate has a track record of success with receiving inbound calls and converting those calls. The Intake Specialist must be empathetic, a great listener and able to solve problems on the fly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that is looking for a fun environment and a position that has growth potential.

Brief overview

The Trantolo & Trantolo Intake Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service for our potential new clients. They intersect with our Receptionists, Attorneys, Paralegals and Executive team. This person will be expected to handle all phone and web-based leads, complete administrative tasks including notating files, reporting on calls, opening new files and completing on-going training. The Intake Specialist is a true team player and is revered as the backbone of our business.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a call center environment

Experience managing a multi-line phone system, including parking calls, transferring and putting callers into voicemail

Experience managing high call volume

Works well under pressure and can multi-task

Demonstrated empathy, active listening, problem solving and has exemplary communication skills

Complete understanding and application of the following systems: Microsoft office

Knowledge in other applications a plus: Docusign, Lead Docket, Needles Case Management
