We're seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the management of our properties and ensure seamless communication with owners.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Here's a glimpse into what you'll be doing:

  • Managing inbound calls efficiently
  • Maintaining clear and proactive communication with property owners
  • Addressing guest concerns and resolving complaints promptly
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Liaising with vendors and scheduling services
  • Organizing property cleanings and inspections
  • Handling documentation and paperwork diligently
  • Cultivating relationships with new clients
  • Managing property schedules effectively
  • Addressing reservation inquiries with expertise
  • Participating in on-call duties after business hours on a rotational basis with fellow managers
  • Plus other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management would be a plus
  • Proficiency in computer systems and technology, including social media and internet platforms
  • Familiarity with local laws and regulations governing property management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems proactively
  • Basic knowledge of The Villages and its amenities
  • Physical capabilities to bend repeatedly and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
