Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

As part of your role, you will:

  • Efficiently manage incoming calls

  • Effectively manage property schedules

  • Participate in on-call duties after hours on a rotational basis

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in property management is essential
  • Proficient in computer systems and technology
  • Knowledge of local property management laws and regulations is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems proactively
  • Basic understanding of the local area and its amenities is preferred
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and bend repeatedly
