Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage the sales floor, backroom, front end, and cash office operations to ensure efficient and effective execution of store processes.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store associates.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Manage and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and operating costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
  • Excellent interpersonal, strong communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
  • Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more.
