Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in property management
  • Strong proficiency in computer systems and technology
  • Knowledge of local property management laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and proactively solve problems
  • Basic understanding of local amenities
  • Physical ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive bending
