In this entry-level position as a Proposal Coordinator, you will work with our pursuit teams and technical staff to deliver high-quality proposals to our clients and win competitive project opportunities.

The Proposal Coordinator prepares concise, compelling, and compliant narratives that guide proposal content. You will participate in strategy meetings, develop storyboards and layouts, create and track action items, and monitor task completion.


Qualifications/Skills:

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for layout of documents
  • Strong personal accountability
  • Collaborative approach in team environments
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
