Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Project Coordinator Intern will assist the Project Manager and project team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role will provide valuable experience in project coordination and management, offering the opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Duration: through the end of 2024

Job Type: Temporary

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and resources
  • Monitor project progress and track project milestones and deliverables
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
  • Communicate project status updates to project team members, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Perform quality assurance reviews of project deliverables
  • Support project managers with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Use project management software, including Monday.com, to track and manage project activities and progress
  • Familiar with Change Management and building project management workflows

Requirements:
 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with project management software, preferably Monday.com
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
