Position Overview

The Lead Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing various initiatives within Processing Facilities. Collaborating closely with Engineering teams, Plant staff, and Contractors, the Coordinator ensures that projects are executed efficiently, adhering to set timelines and financial plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development of Capital Projects: Formulate and oversee budgeted projects and expenditures for the facility.
  • Project Leadership: Act as the primary Project Lead, establishing timelines, coordinating necessary support, and monitoring progress.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as the main point of contact between Contractors and plant staff, aiding in layouts and verifying existing and future utilities.
  • Safety Coordination: Organize and participate in safety meetings related to projects, enforcing safety protocols as required.
  • Utility Management: Coordinate utility work, including the relocation of existing utilities and the installation of new systems as necessary.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Enhance and maintain as-built drawings, ensuring proper retention and version control for facilities, equipment, utilities, and property.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other projects and assignments as required.
