As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
