Position Purpose: The Inventory Clerk I will maintain the organizations inventory, ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements.

 

Title: Inventory Clerk I

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Range: $19-34/hour

Location: Boulder, CO

Job Responsibilities:

  • Systematically issue material with ERP system
  • Physically pull material into kits per manufacturing requirements while maintaining traceability and accuracy
  • Ensure kitting needs are met by desired need date
  • Packaging and handling sensitive/fragile/ESD material as directed
  • Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of stock
  • Performing regular cycle counts
  • Labeling every product and placing them accordingly in assigned location
  • Investigates and troubleshoots inventory issues/problems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory room
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


Required Qualifications/Education:

  • Minimum 2 years of inventory experience
  • Minimum 1 year of ERP experience preferred
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, purchasing department, and outside vendors
  • Basic understanding of inventory control procedures
  • Proficient keyboarding skills
  • Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to develop professional relationships with outside vendors
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education


Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment, but in a manufacturing company. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.  BCT anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted.
