Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk at TARGETTI USA in Costa Mesa, CA.

AP primary responsibilities include:
  • Enter vendor invoices and review for appropriate GL coding
  • Process all vendor payments
  • Prioritize payment of invoices based on vendor terms
  • Monitor electronic inbox for invoices
  • Set up and maintain vendor records
  • Process Monthly Expense Reports
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
AR primary responsibilities include:
  • Create and track invoices and credit memos
  • Process company deposits.
  • Apply customer payments. Reconcile customer accounts.
  • Manage, track and collect aging receivables; communicate with customers to ensure timely payments.
  • Review customer credit applications; grant/deny terms.

Qualifications


  • Experience in managing expense reports, analyzing financial data, and performing accounting tasks
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
  • Ability to handle journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
