HVAC Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Establish customer rapport with products and services.

  • Form accurate and complete sales proposals.

  • Help facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Educate prospective customers on the superior quality products/services.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.

  • Support team members and peers to achieve sales goals and KPIs.

HVAC Sales Representative Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Previous sales experience preferred.

  • Understanding advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating preferred.

  • Reliable and self-motivated.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
