Job Title: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Quality Touch Janitorial Svc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate weekly sales reports and submit them to management for review and analysis.
  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and convert them into customers.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to expand our presence in the area.
  • Attend industry trade shows to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Update customer information in our contact database to ensure accurate and timely communication.
  • Stay informed about industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in business administration or a related field.
  • 2 years of field sales experience.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in spreadsheet software.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation:
  • A salary of $15,600 per year will be paid in 24 equal installments of $650.
  • Commissions will be paid twice monthly, following the employer's receipt of the second payment of the monthly invoiced amount.
  • Commission rates will be as follows: 50% for Janitorial Services, 20% for Hard Surface Floor Work, 25% for Work Subcontracted Out, 20% for Construction and One-Time Cleans, 25% for Consumables, and 15% for Catalogue Items.
  • Rewards will be paid at a rate of 25% of the monthly contract amount.
