About the Job

Printfresh is looking for a Senior Retention and Loyalty Manager who lives and breathes customer loyalty, exceptional experiences, and brand building. This role is perfect for someone who seeks to deeply understand buyer behavior, is passionate about creating fan loyalty, and is excited to drive strategies that are both fun and high-performing. This role will be responsible for executing strategies to increase repeat purchases, maximize customer lifetime value and improve the customer experience to drive loyalty. Having strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of customer behavior is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the retention strategy, including SMS, email, and loyalty program to align with revenue goals, product releases, and marketing promotions.
  • Implement strategies that maximize the customer experience based on their channel of preference.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, e-commerce teams, and agency partners to ensure all retention efforts reflect our brand voice and vision while driving growth and engagement.
  • Lead the testing, iteration, planning, development, and scheduling of all email and SMS campaigns, ensuring they captivate our pattern-loving Printfresh community.
  • Update and optimize marketing flows on a seasonal basis to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  • Manage and enhance on-site captures and growth strategies for our email and SMS databases.
  • Direct and oversee optimization tactics such as A/B testing, list segmentation, and regular list maintenance to maximize performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs and initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in email, SMS, and loyalty marketing to keep our efforts fresh and competitive.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to re-engage lapsed customers and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Work with the ecommerce manager to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Oversee and continually enhance our loyalty program, the Dream Team, making data-driven recommendations for program updates and member perks to keep our audience engaged and growing.
  • Research and propose new tactics for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional marketing experience, with at least 5 years specifically in email, SMS, or loyalty marketing in the consumer space.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with Klayvio or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Attentive or similar text marketing platforms.
  • Photoshop/InDesign/Adobe skills are a plus
  • Prior e-commerce experience a plus
