Job Purpose:
The Director, Creative Services will serve as a steward of corporate branding and oversee the creative process for a wide variety of print, digital and video assets. The Director will help define and manage the visual identity for the company supporting internal and external messaging, positioning, and content development efforts across all corporate brands.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position may or may not have direct reports.
- Work closely with external firms and internal stakeholders to define creative services strategy, plan implementation and drive progress
- Support both internal communication and external marketing communications needs across a wide variety of print, digital and video creative assets
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, positioning and visual identity across all internal and external channels and platforms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities and incorporate insights into creative services strategies
- Centrally manage all creative assets and implement an asset lifecycle management practice to ensure relevancy and maintain differentiation in the marketplace
- Lead the design, buildout and maintenance of the department technology stack, insuring seamless integration and interoperability with an array of systems
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards
- Lead departmental initiatives, promoting operational innovation and continuous improvement
- Promote, adhere to, and live our workplace values of trust, transparency, respect, and unity
- Any other assigned duties
Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (PPT, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Proficiency in digital design platforms, specifically Figma
- Proficiency in web design (HTML, CSS, etc.)
- Experience with web content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
- Proven ability to craft visual concepts and coordinate all aspects of the creative process
- Exceptional design sensibility with a keen eye for visual details
- Experience with video production processes
- Solid understanding of branding, marketing, and content creation across digital and print media
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent collaboration skills with a dedication to internal customer service
- Fanatical attention to detail while keeping the big vision in mind
Work Environment:
- Flexible – Remote/Hybrid/Office
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of work time.
Required education and experience:
- 5+ years of creative services/graphic design experience in a corporate or agency setting
Preferred education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree

- Must meet I-9 requirements.
