About the Role

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Market Conduct Policy Division as a Deputy Director/Assistant Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in formulating and implementing policies to ensure transparency and fair dealing by financial institutions in the conduct of their business with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies to promote market efficiency and support a vibrant growth in the capital markets ecosystem
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders to review corporate governance standards for listed companies in Singapore and regulatory policies to enable a smooth dispute resolution process for consumers
  • Conduct research and analysis on global regulatory developments to inform policy considerations and ensure that our regulatory regime remains robust and effective
  • Support MAS' work with international standard-setting bodies, such as the International Organization of Securities Commissions, to advance Singapore's position and influence international policies in developing and regulating the capital markets
